Quan Bui Bistro Operations Project Management

Quan Bui Bistro & Lounge

HOSPITALITY & F&B

Project Brief

Quan Bui Bistro & Lounge is a Vietnamese dining concept that brings together authentic cuisine, thoughtful interior design, and a curated cocktail program in a refined yet welcoming setting.

The ambition goes beyond simply opening a restaurant. The project aims to create a dining environment that celebrates Vietnamese culinary heritage while offering a contemporary space for guests to gather and experience flavours from across the country.

A key element of the concept is the cocktail programme, designed to complement the cuisine by incorporating ingredients and inspirations from Vietnam’s Northern, Central, and Southern regions, extending the culinary narrative beyond the kitchen.

Bringing the concept to life required translating the investor’s vision into a structured and fully operational establishment, aligning the development of the physical space with the operational systems and team structure needed to deliver a consistent and high-quality dining experience.
